PAYMENT SECURITY POLICY

1. Security commitment

The card payment system is provided by payment intermediary partners (“Payment Intermediary Partners”) that have been legally licensed to operate in Vietnam. Accordingly, the card payment security standards at cocomeko.vn ensure compliance with industry security standards.

2. Security regulations

2.1. The policy of payment transactions by international cards and domestic cards (internet banking) ensures compliance with the security standards of Intermediary Partners

Payment includes:
- Customer's financial information will be protected throughout the transaction process using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
- Payment information data security standard (PCI DSS) certification provided by Trustwave.
- International card number encryption feature (Tokenization).
- Principles and regulations on information security in the banking and finance sector as prescribed by the State Bank of Vietnam.

2.2. Transaction security policy in payment of cocomeko.vn applied to Customers:
- Coco Meko provides token storage utility, only storing the encrypted string provided by the Payment Intermediary Partner to Coco Meko
- Coco Meko does not directly store customer card information. The security of customer payment card information is performed by the licensed Payment Intermediary Partner.
- For international cards: Customer payment card information that can be used to establish transactions is not stored on Coco Meko's system, but the Payment Intermediary Partner will store and secure it.
- For domestic cards (internet banking), Coco Meko only stores the order code, transaction code and bank name.
- Coco Meko commits to strictly implementing the necessary security measures for all payment activities performed on Coco Meko

INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

Coco Meko Mekong Delta Agricultural Products Import-Export Company Limited (Coco Meko) commits to protecting the privacy of Customers' information.

1. Purpose and scope of collection

To access and use some services at cocomeko.vn, Customers may be required to register with us personal information (Email, Full name, Contact phone number ...). All declared information must be accurate and legal. cocomeko.vn is not responsible for any legal issues related to the declared information.
We may also collect information about the number of visits, including the number of pages Customers view, the number of links (links) Customers click and other information related to connecting to the site cocomeko.vn. We also collect information that the Web browser (Browser) Customers use each time they access cocomeko.vn, including: IP address, browser type, language used, time and addresses that the browser accesses.

2. Scope of information use

Coco Meko collects and uses personal information of Customers for appropriate purposes and in full compliance with the content of this "Privacy Policy".
When necessary, we can use this information to contact Customers directly in the form of: sending open letters, orders, thank you letters, SMS, technical and security information...

3. People or organizations that can access information

Coco Meko employees use information to provide services;
Coco Meko's affiliates;
Coco Meko (and/or our affiliates) may also disclose Customer Personal Information to service providers, suppliers or agents including but not limited to website hosting, data analysis, marketing, credit card transaction processing, and service provision;
Competent state agencies in the event Coco Meko is required to provide Customer information.

4. Information storage time

Members' personal data will be stored until a cancellation request is made or the member logs in and cancels it. In all other cases, members' personal information will be kept confidential on Coco Meko's server

6. Means and tools for users to access and edit personal data

Currently, the website has not deployed a page to manage members' personal information, so accessing and editing personal data is based on customer requests in the following ways:
Call the customer care hotline 028 38 105 138, with professional expertise to identify personal information and the hotline staff will support editing on behalf of the user.
Leave a comment on the fanpage or send feedback directly from the website www.cocomeko.vn, the administrator will check the information and contact the user again to confirm the information and the administrator will edit the information for the user.

7. Commitment to protect customer personal information

Coco Meko commits to keep members' personal information on Coco Meko absolutely confidential according to Coco Meko's personal information protection policy. The collection and use of each member's information is only done with the consent of that customer, except in cases where the law provides otherwise.
Do not use, transfer, provide or disclose to any third party any member's personal information without the member's consent.
In the event that the server storing the information is hacked, leading to the loss of member's personal data, Coco Meko will be responsible for notifying the authorities to promptly investigate and handle the matter and notify the member.
Absolutely secure all online transaction information of Members including accounting invoice information and digital documents in Coco Meko's level 1 secure central data area
Coco Meko Management Board requires individuals when registering/purchasing as members, to provide full relevant personal information such as: Full name, contact address, email, ID card number, phone number, account number, payment card number ..., and is responsible for the legality of the above information. The management board of cocomeko.vn is not responsible for and will not resolve any complaints related to the rights of that Member if it is determined that all personal information provided by that Member upon initial registration is incorrect.
